Shelley discovered the healing benefits of Pilates after an injury sidelined her from dancing. It was through Pilates that she was able to return to dancing and now dances with Ad Deum Dance Company. She trained with the Northwest Florida Ballet, where she performed soloist roles, and went on to graduate summa cum laude from Florida State University with a BFA in Dance. She thoroughly enjoys the way dance and Pilates complement one another and shares her love for Pilates with others, hoping to invigorate people’s lives and their perception of their bodies. Carlos has been in the health and fitness industry for 15+ years. He has experience in being a Certified Personal Fitness Professional at 24 Hour Fitness. He also served as an operations service manager as well as a personal trainer for Bally Total Fitness. Carlos has the ability to work with all ages, including senior citizens. He has also worked with Debra Duncan with KHOU channel 11 Houston. | Randy has spent over 20 years dedicated to physical education and sport and fitness training. He has an extensive knowledge in exercise physiology, fitness testing protocols, kinetic chain assessment, and sport/ athletic performance training. Randy is experienced in promoting exercise weight programs that concentrate on joint structure and muscle function, injury prevention, plyometrics, and speed and strength training techniques. Randy’s background includes 10 years as a physical education teacher, 16 years as a personal trainer, and 3 years as director of Velocity Sports Performance and Fitness Training facility. He has established both group and individual fitness programs for adults, youths, and seniors, as well as sport performance training programs for athletes that focus on speed, strength/ power, quickness, and injury prevention. Randy has presented Integrated Training, Stability, and Strength and Conditioning Seminars for coaches and various School Districts. He has been published multiple times in Health & Fitness Magazine, including articles based on sport specific training, flexibility, and corrective exercise techniques.

MARIANNA ROGERS
Marianna Rogers is certified as a personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is AED/CPR certified. She is a member of the American College of Sports Medicine, National Strength and Conditioning Association and IDEA Health and Fitness Association. Marianna specializes in rehabilitation, weight loss and lifestyle management programs. She has a personal interest in both Olympic weightlifting and bodybuilding. She has won various bodybuilding competitions including several first place positions in the NPC Texas State Bodybuilding Competitions. She is currently pursuing a M.S. in Exercise Science and Health Promotion.

GAYLE MORROW

| Gayle’s career spans over 15 years with helping others reach their goals for total body fitness, weight loss, sports and post injury conditioning. For nearly 10 years she has integrated Pilates with traditional fitness methods to achieve a more balanced and effective approach to fitness training. She credits adding cross training with Pilates into her personal program in order to manage an injured spine, allowing her to participate in bodybuilding and endurance running events. Gayle is passionate on staying abreast of health and fitness related topics. She finds it fulfilling to share her knowledge with others and to empower them to attain a healthy lifestyle.
