How can pilates help my golf skills?
1. Concentration – Practice DOES NOT make perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect!
Pilates teaches you where to place your focus for success.
2. Centering – Pilates will get you past just patterning a movement & into understanding
WHERE the movement comes from! Learn to swing from a strong center.
3. Control – Re-educating your body will help make your golf swing effortless.
4. Precision – Focus on perfect alignment & movement quality will correct faulty
movement patterns.
5. Flow - Developing core strength will help you correct your movements & improve your
athletic ability
6. Breath – The breath is never held. We will teach you to use the dynamics of breath to
help you move consciously from a strong center with a powerful & controlled golf swing!

• Must pre-pay before classes begin.
• Cost: $350 (10 classes).
• Attend one class per week.
(CLASSES WILL END 10 WEEKS FROM START DATE)
*YOU PICK which DAY THAT YOU will attend. CLASSES ARE LIMITED TO 4 PERSONS.
